導演 Director│派翠克‧克雷登Patrick Creadon

派翠克‧克雷登出生於芝加哥，1996年獲得美國電影學院攝影碩士學位。他曾是美國公共電視PBS史上最年經的攝影師，並以「真實電影」的敘事手法參與電視節目《90年代》的攝影及製作，該系列節目播出後受到各界高度評價。他的首部紀錄長片《文字遊戲》在2006年日舞影展大放異彩。2008年作品《巴菲特報告》不僅在日舞影展首映，更入圍該年度奧斯卡最佳紀錄片。著名影評人羅傑‧艾伯特評該片為該年度前五大紀錄片之一。

Patrick Creadon was born in Chicago. He earned his Master's Degree in Cinematography from the American Film Institute in 1996. His feature length directorial debut WORDPLAY was a breakout hit at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival. His follow-up film I.O.U.S.Apremiered at Sundance in 2008 and was shortlisted for Best Documentary for the Academy Awards. Critic Roger Ebert named I.O.U.S.A. one of the top 5 documentaries of the year.

妮莎‧帕胡賈擅長透過紀錄片的力量表達對社會與政治議題的關懷。她2001年作品《Bollywood Bound》為該年度加拿大Hot Docs電影節閉幕片，並在世界各地多個影展放映獲得好評。她也曾執導由德國第二電視台 / 歐洲藝術電視台、安大略公共教育電視台、探索時代頻道及歷史頻道共同製作的系列紀錄片《璀璨鑽石路》，該片被稱為紀錄片版的《血鑽石》，深刻探討全球化議題。《璀璨鑽石路》2007年在荷蘭IDFA影展首映，並獲得2008年加拿大廣播電視最高榮譽的雙子星大獎。《她和她的世界》為導演妮莎‧帕胡賈第三部紀錄片，此片在世界各大影展獲獎無數，包括2012年翠貝卡電影節最佳紀錄長片、加拿大Hot Docs電影節最佳紀錄長片等，且在全球各地超過125個影展放映。 

Nisha Pahuja is a seasoned documentary filmmaker who understands the social and political power of stories. Pahuja’s works BOLLYWOOD BOUND(2001) and DIAMOND ROAD(2007) screened at numerous film festivals and was widely telecast around the world. THE WORLD BEFORE HER is her third film. It was awarded the coveted position of opening the Doc portion of the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival and has since been selected by over 125 festivals worldwide. It has won a number of awards including Best Documentary Feature at Tribeca; Best Canadian Documentary feature at Hot Docs.
